Client Service Representative – Receptionist

Pets and Vets as Partners is an AAHA-accredited, dog and cat general practice in West Lafayette, Indiana, providing comprehensive care to the Greater Lafayette community. Guided by our motto, “quality pet care with a gentle touch,” we’re a team-focused, client-centered clinic that values compassion, collaboration, and growth.
 
We’re looking for a Client Service Representative to be the first and last impression of our clinic. In this role, you’ll communicate with clients, manage scheduling, handle check-in and check-out, and help create a top-tier experience in a friendly, welcoming, yet professional environment.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Be the first and last impression—greet clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone, online, and in-person communication
  • Schedule appointments and keep the daily schedule running smoothly
  • Coordinate communication between clients, DVMs, and technical staff
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with outside clinics/labs
  • Review invoices, process payments, and support prescription fulfillment
  • Keep client areas clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Educate clients on products, services, and online pharmacy options
