Job description

Overview:
The Client Service Representative serves as the primary operational and service interface for clients focused on delivering responsive support, supporting Private Wealth advisors, and ensuring a consistent client experience. We provide service to our clients with passion and integrity. At IMA, we have a strong focus on employee development and collaboration. Through comprehensive training, mentorship, and client-centric innovation, our service professionals are empowered to transform clients' lives while growing in their own careers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client relationships with moderate guidance by processing client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information is up to date.
  • Demonstrate Proactive solutions-based approach to enhancing client relations
  • Onboard new clients by collecting client data, financial statements, and training on digital tools
  • Drive client retention by proactively reaching out to clients and documenting follow up
  • Work collaboratively with an investment team, compliance, financial planning and Private Wealth advisors to provide a consistent client experience
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure consistent client service quality.
  • Perform administrative duties that support the Private Wealth advisor including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, and business travel.
  • Engage in available training and educational opportunities to stay current on policies and procedures
  • Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values
  • Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of similar or related experience preferred
  • Must currently hold, or obtain within 120 days of employment, a FINRA Series 65 license
  • Continued employment is contingent upon obtaining the license within this timeframe.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, and AI tools.
