Job description

Dedicated Client Service Partner

Are you passionate about helping people navigate healthcare benefits and delivering exceptional client service? As a Dedicated Client Service Partner, you will serve as an extension of the Cigna Account Management team, providing personalized onsite support to a key client, their HR team, and employees. The Dedicated Client Service Partner will work in Orlando Florida (Onsite – 5 days per week with local travel to client locations as needed).

In this highly visible role, you will build trusted relationships, resolve complex benefit and claims issues, educate employees about their healthcare options, and deliver insights that improve the employee experience and strengthen client satisfaction. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives on problem-solving, relationship building, and creating meaningful outcomes for clients and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison between Cigna and the client organization.
  • Provide personalized support to employees and HR partners regarding medical, pharmacy, wellness, and benefit-related questions.
  • Resolve complex escalated issues involving claims, denials, authorizations, appeals, eligibility, and incentive programs.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive timely issue resolution and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Educate employees on available health and wellness benefits, programs, and resources.
  • Lead employee presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, wellness workshops, and benefit education meetings.
  • Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications aligned with client objectives.
  • Support open enrollment, new hire orientations, and health fair events.
  • Build strong partnerships with client leadership, HR teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying trends, opportunities, and service improvements.
  • Share employee insights and feedback with Account Management leadership to enhance program performance.
  • Foster strong collaboration across internal operational, clinical, and service teams.
  • Support onsite wellness initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Promote programs that improve employee health, wellbeing, and healthcare literacy.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED. Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, health insurance, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM).
  • Experience supporting healthcare benefits, claims, customer service, or employee benefits administration.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Experience in a client-facing healthcare, account management, or benefits consulting role.
  • Knowledge of medical, pharmacy, wellness, and benefits administration programs.
  • Experience working with benefits administration platforms, CRM systems, and case management tools.
  • Experience facilitating presentations, webinars, or group education sessions.
  • Experience supporting employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Webex, or similar virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work onsite at a client location five days per week and travel locally to other Client sites in the county.
  • Additional background check will be necessary.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
