How you'll make an impact
  • Handle the day-to-day work for a group of client accounts.
  • Keep client requests moving, answer questions, and make sure details are handled with care.
  • Work with the Production team on renewals and help shape coverage solutions that fit each client’s needs.
  • Look for ways to add services or lines of coverage when they make sense, help protect retention, and support revenue growth.
  • Ask for referrals and keep relationships strong with client contacts and decision makers, when it's helpful.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

–OR–

  • High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred:

  • Insurance knowledge.
  • Solid financial acumen

Behaviors:

  • Must be able to build collaborative and mutually meaningful relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to explain coverage, next steps, and changes in plain language.
  • Able to facilitate and/or lead group meetings with internal and external clients and effectively manage/balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Needs to be comfortable analyzing and using data to make decisions, working in a self-directed manner, and to act as a role model for high performance and Gallagher's shared values.
