Position: Client Service Representative
Location: Seattle (Ballard)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals – North Seattle is hiring a Client Services Representative for a longstanding, wellrespected manufacturer in the North Seattle area. 
 
If you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, this could be a great fit. Start with hands-on warehouse training to build product knowledge, then serve as the primary customer contact, providing technical guidance, order support, and exceptional service. It's a role built on relationships, and the right person will take pride in being someone customers can count on.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support authorized dealers via phone, email, and online portals.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, parts identification, and basic technical guidance.
  • Process and track dealer orders for parts, accessories, and warranty components.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., parts, service, engineering) to ensure timely fulfillment and clear communication.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with dealers and internal teams.
  • Keep communication clear and follow through on commitments.
 
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of phone customer service and/or distribution support experience.
  • Experience in the marine, power generation, diesel engines, or technical equipment industries is a major plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Proficient computer skills to maintain accurate records; CRM/ERP experience is a bonus.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Someone who enjoys problem solving and collaborating across departments.
  • This role may require occasional time in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
