Job Description:

The Marketing & Client Service Associate plays a key role within an integrated team spanning marketing, consultant relations, sales, and client service. This individual will support client relationships, business development efforts, and firm-wide initiatives while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage client and prospect meeting materials with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to client, consultant, and prospect inquiries with professionalism and proactive follow-up
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing materials, including presentations, articles, and white papers
  • Complete DDQs and RFPs with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain CRM records, including contact information and activity tracking
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with investment, compliance, and internal teams
  • Provide support to the Marketing & Client Service team as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in investment management or financial services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to synthesize information
  • Client-focused, proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI; familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
