  • Coordinate with custodians, investment companies, and other financial institutions
  • Assist advisors and our administrative team with scheduling, correspondence, client communications, and other operational needs

  • Comfortable learning and working within multiple technology platforms
  • Professional, dependable, personable, and client-service oriented
Technology Experience

Our practice uses technology to manage client relationships, workflows, financial planning, account administration, and communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable learning new systems and using technology to work efficiently.

Experience with Cambridge Investment Research, Pershing, Wealthbox CRM, eMoney, DocuSign, Microsoft Office/Outlook, or similar financial-services technology is a plus, but experience with our specific platforms is not required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who understands how a financial advisory office operates and takes pride in making things easier for both clients and advisors.

The right person notices what needs to be done, follows through without constant oversight, communicates well, and cares about getting the details right. We value professionalism and accountability, but also want a friendly, supportive office where people enjoy working together.
