Lake Ridge Bank is hiring a Youth Apprentice for the 2026/2027 school year as a Student Client Service Associate (Teller) at our Middleton- Parmenter location! Looking for a steady and local job where you can learn about banking and gain valuable professional skills? Apply today! We offer part time hours during the summer and the upcoming school year as well as flexibility in scheduling.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and maintain positive relations with all internal and external contacts, clients and potential clients.
  • Process all transactions that come through the CSA (teller) area including but not limited to cashing checks, performing withdrawals, making deposits, processing loan payments, etc.
  • Properly balance and maintain a cash drawer daily
  • Keep informed about bank products and services offered
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
  • Participates in community involvement/bank activities as appropriate
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Working towards a high school diploma
  • Preferred experience in a similar office or customer service role but not required
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with technology and computer systems
