Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

If you're hands-on, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. As a Client Services Associate, you'll support daily office operations through mail handling, print services, and workplace coordination.

From managing deliveries to maintaining essential supplies, your work ensures the office runs efficiently and teams have what they need to stay productive.

This role plays a key part in maintaining the flow of daily operations. By ensuring accurate mail distribution, timely processing of requests, and well-managed workspaces, you help create a reliable and efficient environment.

What You'll Do

Mail & Shipping Operations

  • Receive, sort, and distribute inbound mail and packages.
  • Process outgoing shipments using postage and shipping systems.
  • Track deliveries and maintain accurate records using scanning tools and tracking systems.
  • Respond to inquiries related to mail and package status.

Print & Office Support

  • Fulfill basic print and document requests.
  • Provide light support for copier equipment, including toner replacement and upkeep.

Workplace & Inventory Support

  • Monitor and replenish paper and office supplies in copy/mail areas.
  • Maintain clean, organized mailrooms and service areas.
  • Assist with meeting room setups, office moves, and workplace support tasks as needed

Operational Support

  • Communicate with employees regarding deliveries and service requests.
  • Crosstrain across mailroom functions and support additional operational needs.
  • Follow all safety, security, and company procedures.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes (preferred)
  • Comfort using basic office systems and Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on, reliable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience with handheld scanners, pallet jacks, or carts (preferred)
  • Ability to work assigned hours, including occasional overtime
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move packages (20-40 lbs. frequently; up to 60 lbs. with carts)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the day
  • Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions
