Position Title

Client Service Associate (CSA)

Position Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional client support and administrative services within a financial advisory practice. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, financial advisors, custodians, and internal operations teams. The CSA helps ensure a seamless client experience by managing account administration, client communications, scheduling, and operational processes while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and timely communication.

  • Assist clients with account maintenance, paperwork, and general service needs.

  • Coordinate client meetings and prepare meeting materials.

Account Administration

  • Process new account openings, transfers, rollovers, and account updates.

  • Prepare and track client paperwork to ensure accurate and timely completion.

  • Monitor account documentation and maintain organized client records.

  • Assist with beneficiary changes, address updates, distributions, and other account servicing requests.

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure all client transactions and documentation comply with regulatory and firm requirements.

Qualifications

Required
