Position Summary

We are seeking a Client Service Associate for our Atlanta, Georgia location. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships. The Client Service Associate is primarily responsible for client administration as well as providing a broad range of support to both their assigned client advisory team and other advisory teams on an as-needed basis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support client requests and account servicing, including transfers, checks, wires, and ACHs.
  • Open, maintain, and close client brokerage accounts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and advisory team members, resolving issues through research and collaboration.
  • Assist with preparation for client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate client, account, and transaction records in CRM and document management systems.
  • Manage client offboarding activities.
  • Help safeguard sensitive information in accordance with firm cybersecurity policies.
  • Support cross-functional teams, special projects, and other duties as needed.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, administrative projects, and deadlines with strong follow-through.
