Hy-Test Safety Shoe Service, the leading distributor of safety footwear in the Midwest, is seeking a Customer Service Associate. Actively seeking a friendly, professional, organized individual to process orders, manage inquiries, and resolve complaints via phone or email. Key responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and assist with sales and administrative tasks while fostering customer loyalty.


Key duties include:

Interaction with customers via phone calls and emails.

Processing orders, returns, exchanges or refunds.

Assemble and create marketing mailings.

Special projects as assigned.
