Job description

As a Client Retention Specialist, you'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, improving retention, and helping customers find the right coverage solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Build strong relationships through inbound and outbound interactions to enhance client retention
  • Educate clients on coverages, policy changes, and tailored insurance solutions
  • Identify at-risk policies and proactively recommend options to prevent cancellations or non-renewals
  • Assist clients in reviewing, modifying, or rewriting policies to meet evolving needs
  • Shop and compare coverage options across carriers to deliver the best solutions
  • Meet retention goals while maintaining accurate documentation and high-quality service standards
What You Bring
  • High school diploma required
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or retention-focused roles
  • 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty homeowners insurance
  • Active 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
