About the Role Employee Benefits Account Executive – responsible for managing and overseeing employee benefits programs, providing guidance to clients, ensuring compliance, and supporting sales and service teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, building relationships and addressing inquiries swiftly. Coordinate marketing and renewal activities, preparing proposals, presentations, and ensuring client agreements. Oversee employee benefits administration: enrollment, eligibility, service requests, and data reporting. Collaborate with insurance carriers and benefits providers for smooth implementation. Conduct market research to recommend competitive benefit offerings and customize packages to organizational goals. Generate reports on usage, trends, and costs to support decision‐making and identify improvement areas. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; manage audits and reporting requirements. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms. Provide employee guidance, conduct orientations, workshops, and develop communication materials. Ensure all accounts meet internal standards through self‐audit processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years in account management, client services, or related field. High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred or experience in lieu of degree. Valid driver's license. Proficient with MS Office Suite and Excel. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Minimum typing speed of 40–50 words per minute. Agency Management System knowledge.
