Position

A Private Advisor teamwithin our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Financial Reporting Associate.The Financial Reporting Associate will work withour Private Advisorteam membersand will interact directly and indirectly with high-net-worth clients and outside CPAs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements for distribution to family clients, investors, lending institutions and other users.
  • Manage submissions for all financial reports and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare monthly closing entries and reconcile accounting records.
  • Assist with special projects, including system implementations, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
  • Work with outside CPAs for tax planning and compliance and document management
  • Build relationships with clients and discuss financial and tax matters on aregular basis
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance related role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and QBO
Skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
