We are now accepting applications for a Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. With our Private Banking team, no task is too small, no job is too big. This group of colleagues provides personal service and comprehensive financial advisory services to our significant net worth clients. Position is located Reno, NV and is fully in office. 

Essential Functions:

  • Act as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients. 
  • Focus on generating, managing, and servicing a portfolio of clients. 
  • Responsible for generating, retaining, and expanding business in one or more of the following areas:  loan and deposit products, investment and trust referrals, commercial business referrals.
  • Responsible for credit analysis and proper loan structuring.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Develops and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients, referrals from other bank departments, including self-sourcing new clients in them marketplace.
  • Calls on existing relationships to review portfolios and makes recommendations as needed
  • Must work exceptionally well with others and partner closely with partners across the bank, especially within wealth management.Must have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to accomplish business objectives with minimal guidance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's and experience with lending, sales, banking products and services, investments, and planning or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of banking, commercial lending, mortgages, investments, trusts, affinity and insurance products and services.
  • Ability to display sound judgment.
  • Strong sales, self-management, credit analysis, loan structuring, applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.
  • Knowledge in financial planning enabling recognition of investments, brokerage sales and referral possibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to a high degree of service quality.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

  • 10 years in banking with at least 5 years of direct experience as a Relationship Manager in Private or Business Banking.
  • Credentials / Securities Series Licenses (i.e., 7, 66)

Pay range (depending on experience): $60K to $160K eligible for additional incentive compensation
