Job description

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels
  • Provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset
  • Assess and attend to customersโ€™ banking needs
  • Obtain and process customer and account information
  • Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
  • Recommend solutions based on each customerโ€™s unique goals and needs
  • Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services
  • Provide a consistent optimal client experience
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically has a minimum of one to two years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clientsBasic knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
  • Ability to explore and identify a customerโ€™s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
  • Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customerโ€™s needs both reactively and proactively
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
