We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Client-Facing AIto join our team

SUMMARY

Insperity is building a new generation of AI-powered HR experiences that combine the speed and convenience of AI with the trusted expertise and personal support our clients count on. As Senior Product Manager, Client-Facing AI, you will shape how those capabilities become valuable products and experiences-helping clients find trusted guidance faster, navigate HR more easily, and get the right human expertise when it matters most.
You will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, adoption, and commercial success of client-facing AI capabilities across Insperity's solutions. Working at the intersection of client needs, product strategy,
enterprise AI, technology, and service delivery, you will collaborate with others to identify the highest-value opportunities to apply AI to improve the client experience, help us make disciplined investment and prioritization decisions, and lead cross-functional teams from concept through launch and ongoing growth.
This is a high-impact opportunity to define an emerging product category inside an established company with deep HR expertise, proprietary knowledge, and strong client relationships. You will
not build models or own enterprise AI governance. You will own the harder product question: What client problems should we address with AI, how do we do it well, and how will we know it is working?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy & Market Development

  • Own and evolve the vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap for client-facing AI capabilities, aligned with enterprise strategy, solution priorities, responsible AI principles, and market needs.

  • Identify and validate the most valuable client problems and AI-enabled opportunities through client research, leveraging market analysis and competitive insight, usage data, and partnership with internal experts.

  • Develop business cases and influence senior leadership decisions on priorities, investments, differentiation, adoption, and commercialization.

  • Partner with Enterprise AI Strategy & Solutions and Technology to translate shared AI capabilities into scalable client value.

End-to-End Product Ownership

  • Serve as the single accountable product owner for assigned capabilities across the lifecycle-from opportunity discovery and concept development through launch, optimization, scale, and retirement.

  • Define target users, priority use cases, desired outcomes, requirements, success measures, roadmap priorities, and phased investments.

  • Make disciplined tradeoff decisions and recommendations considering client value, innovation, operational readiness, risk, scalability, and commercial outcomes.

  • Ensure AI capabilities work as part of Insperity's broader solutions and service experience rather than as disconnected features.

Commercial Success & Product Performance Management

  • Drive adoption, engagement, client value, and commercial performance of the client-facing AI capabilities.

  • Define and monitor success measures; use product analytics, client feedback, operational insight, and market developments to guide decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Service Operations, and Solution Management to strengthen value realization and growth and make recommendations on changes to positioning and packaging.

Decision Authority & Governance

  • Act as the primary decision authority for enhancements, requirements, and sequencing within established governance and investment boundaries.

  • Bring clear recommendations, business rationale, and quantified tradeoffs to senior leaders when decisions require broader portfolio, investment, legal, risk, privacy, security, or technology approval.

  • Partner with enterprise AI, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security, and Technology leaders to build trusted experiences that align with Insperity standards and responsible AI principles.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Product Management, Solution Management, Enterprise AI, Technology, Service Operations, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Finance, GPO, and other functions.

  • Create clarity in ambiguous environments by aligning teams around product direction, priorities, launch plans, adoption strategies, and success measures.

  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, tradeoffs, and performance to senior leaders and stakeholders; serve as the internal champion and a voice of the market for assigned capabilities.

Market, Client & Sales Enablement

  • Represent the voice of clients and the market, engaging clients, prospects, Sales, and Service Operations to understand unmet needs, workflow friction, trust considerations, and adoption barriers.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to shape positioning, product narratives, enablement, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Provide input into how client-facing AI strengthens Insperity's full-service HR value proposition, deepens access to human expertise, and supports differentiation, retention, and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or service design/delivery, with accountability for product outcomes.

  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

  • Experience shaping and launching AI-enabled products, digital experiences, workflow automation, analytics, decision-support tools, or other emerging-technology capabilities.

  • Strong ability to translate client and market needs into product strategy, business cases, roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

  • Sound judgment in evaluating opportunities and tradeoffs across client value, business impact, operational feasibility, scalability, and risk.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to make complex AI, product, and financial concepts practical for business audiences.

  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguity, make informed decisions with limited direction, and lead through influence rather than authority.

  • Experience with HR solutions, enterprise software, tech-enabled services, or products combining technology and human service is preferred.

  • Familiarity with responsible AI, privacy, security, compliance, and trust considerations is preferred; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

  • This job specification should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position. Incumbent will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as may be required by the supervisor.

At Insperity, we celebrate the diversity of our employees and our leadership. Insperity is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
