Foth is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to grow and manage private-sector industrial and manufacturing accounts, with industrial wastewater and water management serving as the primary gateway for client engagement and strategically leveraging these engagements to expand into broader environmental and engineering services.

This role focuses on helping clients solve complex wastewater treatment, reuse, and compliance challenges. The successful candidate will guide clients through wastewater challenges that are often driven by high regulatory and operational urgency and lead to trusted long-term client partnership.

Flexible work location (remote or office) with ~25% travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development and expand client relationships to include services beyond wastewater
  • Lead proposals and deliver client presentations
  • Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor
  • Develop strategies to address client risks and needs
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant environmental regulations
  • Support Foth and client strategic planning and growth initiatives
  • Mentor and support team development
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 10+ years in engineering consulting
  • Experience with Industrial Process Systems
  • Client-facing project management and proposal development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of consulting experience
  • Proven success building and maintaining client relationships
The base compensation range for this position is included in this job posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, scope and level of responsibility, and applicable licenses or certifications. In addition to base compensation, eligible members may participate in Foth’s Earned Performance Incentive program and may receive other discretionary bonuses, including On‑the‑Spot recognition awards. Exempt members may also be eligible for quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities, where applicable.
