Job description

We are seeking a motivated Estate Law Transactional Lawyer with 2-5 years of experience. This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload while working directly with senior partners and a sophisticated client base.

Mentorship First:

The initial 6 months are in-office to ensure you are fully integrated into our systems and culture.

Hybrid Flexibility:

After the onboarding period, this role transitions to a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft & Review: Wills, trusts, and complex powers of attorney.

  • Consult: Advise clients on tax implications, asset protection, and probate

  • matters.

  • Execute: Manage transactional processes and client files with meticulous detail.

  • Connect: Build and maintain long-term relationships within the Bloomington and

  • Central Illinois community.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • License: Active Illinois Bar License in good standing (Required).

  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in estate planning or transactional law.
