Job description

MMC's Service department is the largest mechanical service department in Minnesota, and we are searching for a strong candidate to be a Commercial HVAC Systems Service Project Manager for us in the Rochester, MN area. Our project managers manage portfolios of commercial and industrial HVAC clients. MMC prides itself on building strong customer relationships. As a Commercial HVAC Systems Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base, selling and maintaining preventive maintenance agreements, executing small simple projects, working in a team, and developing strong lasting customer relations.
Job Specifics:
  • Utilize robust networking and relationship building skills to create and expand a client base.
  • Effectively create and sell appealing preventive maintenance agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with the goal of maintaining and strengthening client relationships and agreements.
  • Contribute and work well with a strong, passionate team.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of project management and/or client account management experience.
  • Facility systems management experience is preferred.
  • HVAC/Mechanical experience is a plus.
  • Experience providing superior customer service.
  • Capacity to work on a high performing team
  • Able to price simple mechanical proposals utilizing MMC's pricing system
  • Motivated by providing first class customer service
  • Skilled at managing many tasks / multitasking
