POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Relations Manager manages the Client Relations Team to provide our clients with an exceptional customer experience. Customer service is the foundation for everything we build together. Responsibilities include Client Management, Team Supervision, Team Building and Inventory Control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Client Management
    • Oversee the management of all client account distribution to the CSR team
    • Delegate new clients and accounts to the team
    • Evaluate workflow and workload as appropriate
  • Team Supervision
    • Provide supervision, training and professional development for all client relations team members
    • Manage workflows of incoming customer orders for each team member
  • Team Building
    • Participate in personnel decisions and provides leadership for team meetings and activities to build teamwork and ensure quality service
    • Develop SOPs for the CSR team to utilize in day to day tasks
    • Establish goals for the team as a group and individually that will enhance service
QUALIFICATIONS amp; EXPERIENCE
  • Leadership ability
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Superior accuracy with data entry and client communications
  • High level ability to understand client business concerns and advocate for their needs
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Advanced Problem Solving/Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
