We are a successful and rapidly growing local firm currently looking for a market leader to develop their own practice in Northern Virginia, Anne Arundel County, MD or Howard County, MD.  

The Practice Leader will have full responsibility for business development by pursuing opportunities in the market area; client relations, providing high quality consulting services; and growing the business, working towards a dominant position in the niche areas of the site civil/land development market. 

The Practice Leader will have the opportunity to set up a new office, manage daily operations, supervise and grow staff, present their vision, and execute growth strategy with support from a large engineering firm. This support will help facilitate staffing, financial expansion, growth, and presence in the market. 

This leadership role will have an opportunity for profit sharing based on growth and success of the office. 

Interested and qualified candidates should be a Professional Engineer or a Professional Landscape Architect with a demonstrated track record of significant success in their career.
