The Client Account Manager will aid our sales and marketing division to meet directly with consumers and identify their needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the customer service or a related field, have great multitasking ability, and excellent follow-up skills. Our goal as a company is to provide services that will create trust in our brand for many years to come.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to a year of face-to-face customer service experience

Responsibilities:
  • Client support and networking - Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new customers. Communicate directly with customers to identify and understand market needs.
  • Drive revenue and meet sales quotas - Demonstrate the functions and uses of products or services to secure and close new accounts.
  • Provide client satisfaction through transparency - Uphold company and brand standards. Respond to and actively fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle and service contract.
