Job purpose  

The Client Success Consultant (CSC) - Assistant Solutions fosters trusted advisor relationships with clients and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of services that align with client needs and expectations. CSCs maintain client satisfaction through exceptional day-to-day service while identifying opportunities for upselling within existing accounts. The primary objectives are to drive client retention, support revenue growth, and provide strategic consulting.

Duties and responsibilities

As a BELAY Corporate Team member, you will professionally represent the company in all virtual and in-person interactions. You are expected to exemplify our mission, vision, and core values daily, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.

Client and Contractor Experience 

  • Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery aligned with client needs.
  • Communicate, present, and influence effectively and credibly at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and priorities to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Envision the long-term potential of client/contractor relationships by consistently adding value through a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by investing time, trust, and care to strategically enhance and expand clients’ businesses through upselling BELAY solutions.
  • Provide consulting on best practices, tips, and efficiency strategies to optimize virtual engagements, supporting leaders in their roles.
  • Develop action plans with clients and contractors, track implementation, and follow up to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Maintain current job knowledge through ongoing education, professional reading, networking, and participation in industry organizations.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to ensure smooth transitions regarding contract modifications and terminations.
  • Manage conflict with effective problem solving and strong emotional intelligence.

Organization & Follow-Through

  • Maintain proficiency and ensure timely updates in cloud-based CRM systems, ensuring daily activity, reporting, and deal status are current in real-time.
  • Effectively manage schedules and prioritize time to maximize productivity.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with technology and tools essential for integration into BELAY’s remote work environment.
  • Respond to internal chatter, slacks, and emails the same day received. 

Operational Responsibilities

  • Thoughtfully match contractors with clients to foster successful, long-term relationships.
  • Ensure that documentation and communication are accurate, detailed, and up-to-date across all platforms, including Google Workspace and CRM.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that enhance the overall client and contractor experience.
  • Conduct routine account reviews with the Client Relations Manager to proactively identify sales opportunities, areas for growth, and areas for improvement.

Working conditions

BELAY Corporate offers full-time remote work, requiring a dedicated, distraction-free home office for standard Monday-Friday business hours, with occasional travel for some roles. Salary Range

Salary Range: $62,000 base salary with an OTE of up to $100,000

Location Requirements

This role is remote within the U.S. However, due to employment and tax compliance considerations, we are currently unable to hire employees in the following states: California, New York, Illinois, Oregon.
