Job description

Join a team that values quality, professionalism, and environmental stewardship as a Client Relations Manager. In this role, you are responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively address client needs, and drive retention and growth through communication, accountability, and execution. This position offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, work collaboratively across teams, and make a visible impact on the community’s green spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Daily management of quarterly priorities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Proactively communicate updates on job status, timelines, deliverables, and potential areas of concern

  • Manage client accounts and expectations while setting clear boundaries

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective client solutions

  • Track and analyze client metrics, including satisfaction and retention

  • Conduct regular CARE calls and site audits to stay ahead of client concerns and manage issues daily

  • Manage client data and documentation within internal systems

Committed to:

  • Maintaining client retention at 90% or above

  • Selling enhancements equal to 25% of Book of Business (BOB) value

  • Increasing BOB by a minimum of 2% through renewals and expanded service offerings

  • Maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication and CARE call execution, resulting in enhanced reputation and market credibility

Qualifications
  • Valid CO Driver’s license.

  • At least 4 years of Landscape Maintenance Industry experience

  • At least 2 years of Landscape Client Relations experience

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, retention, and expectations

  • Experience tracking client metrics such as satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
