Job Summary:

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, strengthening relationships, ensuring service excellence, and supporting operational teams.  This role plays a critical part in client retention, service optimization, and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and nurture strong, long term client relationships
• Understand client needs and provide tailored service and solutions
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client support
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand client engagement
• Track client issues, follow up on resolutions, and ensure timely communication
• Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for leadership and clients
• Support overall client success initiatives

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, customer success, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and conflicting priorities
• Problem solving mindset with a high level of professionalism
• Experience working cross functionally with internal teams

• Proficiency in CRM tools (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and route management software
• High level of organization and attention to detail
