Job description

Ultra Luxury Design Build Firm is seeking a Professional Business Administrator to join our team and support a dynamic office environment. This role focuses on office administration, customer relations, and coordination with architectural review boards while working closely with a large team and various trade partners. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, and highly organized, committed to excelling in their career with opportunities for long-term growth. This position reports directly to the Controller, Vice President and President.

Responsibilities

  • Manage general office administration and document printing
  • Coordinate submissions to Architectural Review Boards
  • Facilitate customer and client relations with professionalism
  • Collaborate effectively with a large team (16+ members)
  • Support marketing efforts and warranty list management
  • Communicate with clients and trade partners regarding warranties and project updates
  • Ensure tasks are completed by deadlines through multitasking and time management
  • Maintain consistency, punctuality, and professionalism in all duties

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in office administration, customer relations, and project coordination
  • Strong document management and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently
  • Demonstrated professionalism, responsibility, and dependability
  • Recommendation letters from at least 5 sources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business administration
