Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Client Relations Associate to join our growing event marketing and fundraising team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, attending events, building professional relationships, and contributing to meaningful fundraising campaigns.
The Client Relations Associate will represent our clients at promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising campaigns. You will work directly with customers, donors, and community members while helping increase awareness, engagement, and support for the organizations and causes we represent.
Key Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit and charitable clients at fundraising events, community events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Engage directly with the public to educate them about client organizations, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, donors, event attendees, and community partners.
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, registration, and breakdown.
  • Communicate campaign goals and fundraising initiatives in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Help achieve daily and campaign-specific fundraising and engagement goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and donor interactions when required.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve event performance and client results.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Provide a positive and professional representation of each client and their mission.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
