Position Summary
The Onsite Client Relationship Specialist acts as the primary in-person contact for users of Creative Services within
a leading pharmaceutical organization.
This role owns day-to-day relationships with business users, ensuring creative needs are clearly understood,
prioritized, and translated into actionable inputs for production teams. Working in partnership with the broader
client relationship team and delivery leadership, the Specialist supports workflow coordination,
project execution, and visibility across the creative production process.
Job Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
? 2-4 years of experience in a Creative Services, Marketing, Production, or project coordination environment
? Experience working with creative workflows, including briefing, intake, and coordination of deliverables
? Familiarity with working across distributed or offshore production teams preferred
? Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders
? Ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
? Comfortable using basic workflow tracking, project management, or reporting tools
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
? Serve as the primary in-person contact for users of Creative Services
? Build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders across supported teams
? Engage with users to understand needs, priorities, and feedback on services
? Translate business requirements into clear, actionable briefs for delivery teams
? Partner with the broader client relationship team to ensure alignment with overall service
delivery and account direction
? Travel may be required to support client engagement, service introductions, and onsite meetings
Workflow Coordination & Delivery Support
? Coordinate creative requests from intake through delivery
? Ensure requirements, timelines, and expectations are clearly documented and communicated
? Track project progress and follow up on deliverables to support timely completion
? Support prioritization of work in line with business needs and production capacity
