General Description:
The Client Relations Liaison (CRL) plays a key role in cultivating, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with our business clients. This position requires a highly professional individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Superior time management
and critical thinking are essential. Candidates must have prior experience in account and/or vendor management, particularly in roles that demand a deep understanding of client standards and expectations. The CRL is expected to quickly identify, assess, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and confidence in our services .
Responsibilities:
• Maintain good relationships with clients allowing the business to maximize the value of the relationship(s).
• Identify key contacts with clienteles to establish and foster a relationship.
• Host and participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain processes and services to guide their
decisions.
• Proactively recognize the challenges of clients and find ways the business could better address those
needs.
• Assist in growing the business by ascertaining potential business development opportunities.
• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
• Resolve internally and externally identified issues quickly, resulting in the least amount of disruption to
performance.
• Receiving, analyzing, and distributing internal and external key performance indicators and client provided
data.
• Review service level agreements, contracts, and client communications to ensure expectations are
consistently exceeded.
• Analyze information and present findings in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Flexible and ability to prioritize workload according to challenging deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a highly regulated environment.
• Driven to improve the quality of the business through work efforts.
• A mature approach to work duties.
• Ability to make confident decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, finance, or account management for B2B relationships.
• Intermediate MS Office experience (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the financial and/or
collection industries.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Keen analytical and research abilities.
