We are seeking a skilled Residential Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential construction renovations and operations throughout the northern Salt Lake City metropolitan area and surrounding northern suburbs markets for our residential home flipping business which operates at high volume. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations. The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $90,000, with an annual bonus.
About the Role:
We are a large buyer of homes for renovation and resale in the Utah market and seek to build out a dedicated business to renovate the homes, as well as serve new customers. Our business model revitalizes existing residential property to provide affordable, renovated homes for new homeowners. The role will involve:
