Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading project delivery resources and managing client relationships in delivering small to medium sized projects, or a portion of a larger, more complex project.
Position Details
  • Accountable for successful financial project delivery, meeting project schedule, and achieving the client's project goals.
  • Generally, leads small to medium sized projects, or a portion of a larger more complex project.
  • Manages and maintains positive client relationship.
  • Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for a project.
  • Ensures project is cashflow positive by developing schedule of values and managing client invoicing.
  • Assists in ensuring prompt payment as required.
  • Organizes and leads project meetings with clients and internal departments.
  • Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule and budget.
  • In collaboration with the project team, mitigates project risks to avoid write-downs.
  • Manages contract documentation requirements from kick off to closeout.
  • Facilitates and manages communications regarding project scope with subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in related field, or applicable experience.
  • 5+ years' experience, including construction team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, controls, generation, and water systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction processes and methods, building codes and permitting.
  • Strong computer skills, including, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel and Microsoft Projects.

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (Colorado/New York City/California/Washington/Maryland) this ranges from $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.

Roles that include driving as an essential job duty will be required to have a successful Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR). We are not able to offer sponsorship of employment at this time.
