Job Title: Project Coordinator 

Detailed Job Description: 

Background/engagement description: 

J&J Consumer is looking for a medium to long term Project Coordinator for Supplier Excellence. 

This individual will work with a cross functional team on resolving Packaging Material Center specification discrepancies. The 

Project Coordinator will be responsible managing both Chemical and Packaging suppliers Change 

Controls and ensure timely closure. The client prefers that the individual is local to the 

Skillman, NJ area in order to be able to work on-site the majority of the time. 


Requirements: 

Knowledge and experience working within a cGMP environment 

Strong analytical skills 

Strong relationship building and negotiation skills (experience working with Suppliers preferred) 

Ability to identify and report trends/emerging issues 

Ability to translate findings into recommended actions 

Business acumen in multiple functions preferred 

Technical background a plus; understanding/experience relating to CAPAs and packaging components 

Works well in team environment 

Ability to work in a matrix team environment expected 


Deliverables: 

Complete of all relevant trainings for the assigned tasks timely 

Own, drive, and be accountable for assigned processes/systems with regularly updated reports 

Write and deploy procedures associated with the assigned business processes 

Establish and/or maintain business performance metrics for the key assigned business areas 

Conduct daily business activities in accordance with the foundation of J&J Credo
