Objectives ofThis Role:

Projectcoordinatorsare responsible forensuring the schedule, budget, and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on boardaboutany changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to project managers.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources,equipment, and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and settime frames
  • Liaise with clients toidentifyand define requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams andassistwith schedule management
  • Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
  • Help prepare budgets

Job Requirements:
