Sr. Project Coordinator
Location: Port Washington, WI
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Type: Direct Hire

Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will help the project team with basic accounting and admin
Responsibilities:
- ERP (COINS) data entry and reporting - change orders, subcontract agreements, subcontract change orders, labor feedback and job cost reports.
- Participate in the preparation and audit of monthly cost-reimbursable billings to customers
- Manage internal audits of billings from the Company and its subcontractors
- Assists Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Project Managers, and Project Engineers with entering and updating construction schedules in MS Project.
- Assist division or project accounting with payroll processing, tracking, and submittal.
- Various other tasks as required by the project team.

- Minimum 4 years of Project Coordination experience in the construction industry
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
