Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an IT Program Manager to manage the yearly technology Enterprise Initiative Planning process alongside business partners. The role involves coordinating financial portfolio work and ensuring monthly balancing of the Line Of Business initiative portfolios.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the financial portfolio work leading up to and through the Enterprise submission
• Execute change controls on projects and programs on behalf of the LOB
• Support LOBs with Enterprise QBR reporting and financial variance commentary
• Drive improvements within monthly closing activities and document internal routines and processes
• Create a coherent approach to guide effective communication with stakeholders
• Drive financial oversight, execution, and control of the Initiative portfolio
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience from Portfolio Management
• Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira)
• Financial and business acumen with preferred experience from bank/technology organizations
• Ability to balance multiple and competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Proficient/well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:
• Proven analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills; courage to challenge the status quo
• Detail-oriented to ensure all issues are researched to closure
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
