Job Summary:

The Assistant Account Manager works under the direction of the Account Manager II or Account Manager I to serve and interact with customers, prepare orders for production, and perform other clerical support.ย 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED along with some customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.โ€ฏย 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.ย 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.ย 
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.ย 
  • Must possess a capacity and willingness to learn a variety of computer software applications including, but not limited to, order entry and job ticket systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.ย 

Schedule is Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM โ€“ 40 hours/week

  • Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week
  • Eligible for $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks!ย
