Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Program Manager - EDP. The Senior Program Manager will provide leadership across cross-functional teams, ensure strong program and financial discipline, and deliver measurable business value aligned to FPL's focus on reliability, operational excellence, and cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional Data Quality & Trust initiatives
* Drive program structure, governance, timelines, and delivery accountability
* Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure successful outcomes
* Align program priorities with enterprise data strategy and business objectives
* Own program budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
* Monitor actuals vs. plan, manage variances, and identify cost optimization opportunities
* Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and funding strategies for data initiatives
* Drive adoption of data quality standards, controls, and KPIs across business domains
* Oversee data issue management, including prioritization, root cause analysis, and resolution
* Strengthen data governance practices to improve enterprise data reliability and trust
* Lead engagement with senior stakeholders across business, IT, and data organizations
* Translate complex data and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
* Deliver concise, executive-level communications on program status, risks, financials, and outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably within data, cloud, analytics, or platform engineering environments
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategic roadmaps and translate complex discussions into actionable plans
* Strong financial acumen with experience owning budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
* Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences
* Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading without direct authority
* Experience with agile methodologies, enterprise planning tools, and data focused project environments a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
