What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue, improve retention, and achieve margin targets across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Establish and nurture high-trust relationships with C-suite executives, Procurement, HR, and Functional Leaders to identify and unlock new buying centers.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and successfully close cross-sell and upsell staffing opportunities, delivering compelling consultative sales presentations that showcase our differentiated value.
  • Direct the RFP/RFI process and lead complex contract negotiations to secure high-value agreements.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including Recruiting, Global Business Services, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to design and deliver bespoke workforce solutions.
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction, address operational friction points, and safeguard portfolio retention to ensure sustained success.

  • Proven ability to navigate and map complex corporate structures, cultivate senior-level influence, and articulate distinct competitive advantages to unlock new revenue streams across diverse business units.
  • Solid business and financial acumen, with direct experience in forecasting, pricing models, margin optimization, and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically leverage modern technologies to streamline workflows, drive sales efficiency, and enhance overall account capabilities.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills.
  • Experience and/or educational background in serving clients within the utility, energy, manufacturing, and/or industrial sectors.
  • Scientific or technical degree in industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or similar field.
