Job Summary:
The Client Director brings organizational skills, analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, high energy, and an empathetic, humble approach to serving our clients and their policyholders. This individual will be a liaison between our business and our clients charged with maintaining proactive and purposeful communication to fully understand the voice of our customers, their key strategic goals and how Accuserve can deliver a compelling value proposition. The Client Director is responsible for deeply understanding our client's goals and objectives, implementing, and proactively reporting on strategies to drive achievement of these key objectives, expanding the firm's value proposition by driving successful product penetration, and building trust and customer satisfaction that results in sticky, long-term relationships.
General Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with the appropriate levels and functions of customer organizations to ensure the successful delivery of Accuserve's value proposition.
  • Identify key issues and generate creative solutions designed to strengthen the branded partnerships that go beyond the status quo while achieving breakthrough results.
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders and develop strategic business plans for assigned accounts to drive for opportunities that sustain the firm's competitive edge.
  • Leverage customer, industry, and internal data to drive effective margins and cross selling opportunities with your key accounts.
  • Work closely with sales leaders and operations team leads to ensure successful transitions from the sale to operationalization.
  • Manage daily success across assigned accounts, collaborating closely with clients and operations to ensure alignment and outcomes are achieved
  • Conduct a cadence of client meetings to accomplish strategic objectives
  • Build, analyze and report on key performance indicators for each account
  • Work with Client Services on issues, assisting with message delivery
  • Be knowledgeable of all products, services, and value of offerings
  • Establish and follow best practices
  • Think strategically with innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Serves as a mentor to the Clients Vendor Managers
  • Works with complex and large carrier clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience required
  • At least 2-5 years experience as an Account Manager or Client director
  • Property insurance claims industry experience required
  • Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to leverage data trends/insights to support selling proposition
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skillsets and the self-discipline to effectively work remotely
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
