Job description

Role Description The Home Care Agency Administration Intern — Medicaid Operations is an on-site internship role based in Philadelphia, PA. The intern will support the administration of a Medicaid-focused home care agency, including assisting with client intake processes, eligibility verification, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with Medicaid regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating schedules, tracking service delivery, helping prepare reports, and communicating with caregivers, clients, and supervisory staff to ensure smooth operations.
