About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Client Services & Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their career and gain experience in business administration, client service, marketing, project coordination, and office management.
In this role, you will support daily office operations, assist with client communications, maintain business systems and records, contribute to marketing initiatives, and help deliver an exceptional client experience. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and excited to grow professionally.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate, college student completing their studies, or an early-career professional who enjoys technology, social media, organization, and working with people.

Responsibilities:
Client Services & Project Support
  • Assist with client communications and follow-up
  • Support CRM management and client record maintenance
  • Manage and maintain our Monday.com project management system
  • Organize project information and documentation
  • Assist with client portal management and improvements
  • Support project coordination and team communication
Marketing & Content Creation
  • Assist with social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing
  • Edit and produce video content for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Create basic marketing materials and graphics
  • Monitor social media engagement and support marketing initiatives
Administrative & Office Support
  • Support daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Order office supplies and maintain office inventory
  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries
  • Organize digital and physical files and records
  • Assist with invoicing and administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and business records
Technology & Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology, AI, and automation
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining business systems and processes
  • Support team members with technology-related administrative tasks 
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and expected to graduate with a four-year degree in [December 2026 or May 2027] in marketing or business administration. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Currently Live in Charleston/Mount Pleasant Area, within 25 Miles (Proof of Address Required, any candidate that states they are local to the area, but does not currently live here, will be removed from consideration)
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
  •  Experience with CRM systems, project management software, or AI tools is a plus
