Compensation:
$60,000–$85,000 base salary depending on experience + benefits package
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Investment & Insurance Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of both investment and insurance operations. This person will play a critical role in ensuring client accounts, insurance cases, and operational workflows are handled with accuracy, urgency, and a high level of client service.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment & Insurance Operations:
- Â Manage investment and insurance new business from submission through completionÂ
- Â Prepare and submit account paperwork with a high level of accuracyÂ
- Â Process account openings, transfers, rollovers, contributions, withdrawals, and other client transactionsÂ
- Â Track cases across custodians and internal systems to ensure timely executionÂ
- Â Coordinate with custodians, carriers, and internal team members throughout the processÂ
Insurance Operations & Case Management:
- Â Process insurance applications from underwriting through policy deliveryÂ
- Â Coordinate medical exams and gather underwriting requirementsÂ
- Â Monitor case progress and proactively follow up on outstanding itemsÂ
- Â Support ongoing policy servicing including beneficiary updates, loans, payments, and policy changesÂ
Client Service & Advisor Support:
- Â Serve as a point of contact for operational and service-related client requestsÂ
- Â Communicate professionally with clients, advisors, and external partnersÂ
- Â Support advisors by preparing materials and ensuring operational readinessÂ
- Â Help deliver a seamless, high-touch client experienceÂ
Operations & Process Improvement:
- Â Maintain accurate CRM and operational recordsÂ
- Â Ensure workflows stay organized and nothing falls through the cracksÂ
- Â Identify inefficiencies and help improve operational processesÂ
-  Assist in building scalable systems to support the firm’s continued growthÂ
Qualifications:
- Â Experience within financial services, wealth management, insurance, or investment operations preferredÂ
- Â Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
- Â Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Â Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
- Â Experience working with CRM systems and operational platformsÂ
- Â Licenses: Life & Health Insurance and/or Series 6 or 7 requiredÂ
