Your role
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, account service needs, trading requests, and cash movements-resolving issues efficiently and proactively
• Own the end to end client onboarding process, including account opening, transfers, documentation, due diligence, and ongoing account maintenance
• Prepare high quality materials for client meetings, investment proposals, advisor travel, and expense administration
• Partner closely with financial advisors to anticipate client needs and continuously elevate the client experience
• Monitor account activity and ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and firm standards
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality

• Bachelor's degree preferred (business, finance, accounting, or related field)
• Exceptional attention to detail; you enjoy doing things right the first time and meeting deadlines under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with high net worth clients
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• High integrity, discretion, tactfulness, and sound professional judgment

• Series 7 and 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain within six months
