Job description

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as contact for AppleOne, AllSTEM & All's Well Payroll & On-Boarding team.
  • Assign designated accounts and or recruiter for the National Fulfillment team to selected On Boarding/Payroll members.
  • Ensure all On-Boarding request are assigned to the appropriate On-Boarding team member and requests are initiated in a timely manner.
  • Act as subject matter expert on company time keeping, payroll processing and on- boarding processes.
  • Provide support and assistance on special projects and other requests as needed.
  • Collect all necessary on boarding paperwork specific to state, federal and client guidelines; scan all documents into internal OA system; initiate required background checks; adjudicate background screening results; collect all client required documents; provide appropriate wage notifications; educate new hire on appropriate method of timekeeping utilized along with time line for entry; initiating payment selection and associated administration; pulling timecards from various VMS systems; payroll processing and administration.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time):
  • Facilitate and manage all on-boarding processes & procedures based upon the client requirements for HRC National Account recruitment team.
  • To include, any and all screenings as mandated by client contract.
  • Responsible for the processing of all timecards, payroll, work with applicant & client to ensure timecards are submitted and approved in a timely fashion according to the payroll guidelines of the company. - weekly
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under within a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to manage customer and associate expectations, and possess excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change
  • Work with customers, associates & recruiters to establish timelines, objectives, and standards for on-boarding a new candidate and payroll processing
  • Organize payroll on a weekly basis to ensure that all timecards are processed correctly.
  • Follow up on all aging and invoicing issues for customers to ensure timely, accurate payments.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Internal staff hires working 30 or more hours per week will be offered robust plans including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accident, LTD, pet discount coverage, legal coverage, identity theft, discount perks, and credit union. Eligible employees can enroll with an effective date the first of the month following 60 days of employment. A minimum of 6 paid sick days are offered per year unless part time or covered under a local ordinance that requires a greater number of paid sick days. Paid time off accrues immediately at 2 hours per semi-monthly pay period for full time employees, and a prorated amount for part time employees based on the percentage of a 40 hour work week worked. Accrual increases with tenure at certain anniversary dates. The Company offers 11 paid holidays.
The Company also offers a 401k program with an employer match, with employee contributions beginning the month following enrollment.
