As a Relationship Management Associate, you'll support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering fast, accurate administrative expertise that strengthens decisions and elevates the customer experience.

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, helping identify needs and opportunities

  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs and proactively reach out to customers and prospects

  • Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities

  • Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support

  • Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy

  • Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations

What you'll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A diploma in business

  • A minimum of two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred qualifications:

  • Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting

  • Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
