Are you a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant looking to join a dynamic Family Law firm based in Seattle, WA? Our practice focuses on complex family law, including international law, parenting and custody matters, and high asset matters. This position offers excellent prospects for career advancement within our firm.
We are looking for an exceptional communicator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, compassionate with clients, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Location & Schedule
  • Seattle, WA (Downtown)
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • This is a hybrid role. You'll work in the office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and remotely on Tuesday and Thursday. Please note this is not a fully remote or flexible remote position.

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls and manage client communications
• Draft and respond to correspondence
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties
• Manage high-volume email and prioritize tasks
• Schedule, calendar, and track deadlines
• Maintain client files and documents
• Conduct client intake interviews
• Assist with pleadings, discovery, filings, and case preparation
• General administrative support
Qualifications
