We are hiring a Client Intake Supervisor for our Bellevue Location!!
Our Client Intake Supervisors:
  • Coordinate, handle, and request new client referrals from local and state authorizers; Utilize the AAA referral system to identify prospective new clients; Respond to direct prospective client inquiries
  • Coordinate and complete the new client initial assessment and onboarding, including initial client screenings, in person visits, and other assessments.
  • Schedule ongoing in-home caregiving services with each new client, and prepare to transfer staffed new clients to a Home Care Supervisor.
  • Supervise the delivery of home care services to new clients by the direct service home care staff; Provide feedback, and if necessary, participate in performance improvement planning.
  • Collaborate with the Home Care Supervisory and Leadership teams to determine strategies to meet program goals, prepare for warm client handoffs, and support new caregiver staffing endeavors.
  • When applicable, participate in Home Care Aide recruiting events, interviews, and new hire orientation.
  • Answer and refer telephone calls and emails as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:
  • Associate of Arts degree in social services, home economics, or related field; or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of one year of Supervisory experience.
  • Experience in a health or social service setting is preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance verification.
  • Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

Physical Requirements Include:
โ€ข Must be able to lift 25lbs and support client's mobility.
