Reports To: Program Manager
Status: Full Time; Exempt
Job Summary:
Key responsibilities include training and supervising intake staff, monitoring the quality of intake assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies. The supervisor also plays a crucial role in data collection and reporting, identifying trends to enhance service delivery, and participating in program development initiatives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of intake specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Oversee the intake process, ensuring timely and thorough assessments for individuals seeking services.
  • Ensure that intake specialists conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to gather relevant client information.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies during the intake process.
  • Review and evaluate intake assessments for accuracy and completeness, providing feedback for improvement.
  • Work closely with clinical teams to ensure appropriate referrals and service connections for clients.

  • Valid Michigan Driver’s License, appropriate insurance and use of own vehicle.
Working Conditions:
  • Job responsibilities will be performed within an office environment.
  • To perform this job successfully an individual must have the ability to work in a sitting position at a computer for up to 8 hours per day.
