Care Coordinator / Home Care Office Manager

Senior Helpers – Farmington Hills & Rochester Hills, MI

 

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Senior Helpers is seeking an organized, energetic, and compassionate Care Coordinator / Office Manager to support our growing home care team as we open a new office. This position plays a key role in client intake, care assessments, scheduling coordination, marketing support, and caregiver staffing coverage.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new client intake and on-boarding
  • Assist with in-home assessments and care plan setup
  • Manage caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
  • Help fill open caregiver shifts and respond to call-offs
  • Support marketing and referral relationship activities
  • Answer client and family inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
  • Support recruiting, on-boarding, and office operations as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or scheduling preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling urgent staffing and client needs
